Most people, in the lead up to their wedding, do a lot of work on themselves. And by that, I mean they hire a personal trainer, flog the shit out of their bodies and go on crazy-restrictive fad diets. But not me.
I would describe my relationship with sleep as "It's complicated." I go through phases in which I'm in bed by 10 every night, book in hand, dozing off pleasantly.
I was having dinner last week with one of my besties, my soul sister and absolute love….. (God, I love my friends!) Anyways, back to the point. She mentioned to me that one of her friends feels very triggered by me.
The comp prep that I did leading into my last show was very restrictive, I was told to cut all carbs apart from veggies all week and I was allowed one re-feed meal every Sunday!
